From London and the
South: Take M4 over Severn Crossing or Bridge to
Junction 24 (Newport) then north on A 449 to Raglan where you join
the A 40 signed Abergavenny. From Abergavenny follow signs to
Brecon (A40). We are located on the A40 Between Crickhowell and
Brecon in the village of Bwlch. The Star Bunkhouse is situated at
the top of the hill on the right hand side.
From Birmingham and
the North: Follow M5 south to Junction 8 (M50) then
follow M50 west until you pick up the A40 at Ross-on-Wye. Follow
A40 past Monmouth to Raglan then follow signs to Abergavenny
(A40). From Abergavenny follow signs to Brecon (A40). We are
located on the A40 Between Crickhowell and Brecon in the village
of Bwlch. The Star Bunkhouse is situated at the top of the hill on
the right hand side.
From West Wales:
Leave M4 at Junction 32 (Cardiff) then take the A470
signposted Merthyr Tydfil. Follow A470 to Brecon, upon reaching
the Brecon round-about follow signs to Abergavenny (A40) for about
8 miles. We are located in the small village of Bwlch on the A40.
The Star Bunkhouse is situated at the top of the hill on the left
hand side.
